Halotherapy (Salt Cave Grotto)
Dry Salt Therapy, also known as Halotherapy, benefits adults and children alike as well as athletes and animals.
Pink Himalayan salt is a natural disinfectant and it is beneficial for overall wellness. When you inhale the microscopic particles in the salt room, the salt begins to remove toxicity from the respiratory and sinus systems. This improves the function of these systems and gives immunity a little boost.
Halotherapy is considered an alternative treatment for lung problems such as asthma, bronchitis, and cough and helps to relieve the affects of allergies and sinusitis.
Salt is a natural and safe ingredient. It does not have any notable side effects.

Y'all got me in last minute and I even added a massage. I am suffering from terrible back pain that makes it hard for me to walk. The employees were kind and prompt. 100 out of 10.
Wow, this place has such a relaxing and soothing atmosphere as soon as you walk into the facility. The manager was more than happy to go over their various spa options and other specialties that they offer here. They have very reasonable pricing, and it's hard to believe you can find such high-end spa options right here in Snellville at very reasonable pricing. If you've never been definitely worth coming in for a tour and information as this would make a great way to treat yourself to a day of relaxation and cleansing.

Simply MAGICAL! Where to even start?!
If you are a burned out MOM this one is for you! I had been looking into the events section for several months but since I live on the Opposite end of ATL I hadn't made the trip.
I hit a wall, big time, with work/kids I was burned out to the max so I decided to book a whole day and an event so I could really dig into the self care I often neglect.
I started with an EXCEPTIONAL massage, when I walked into the room, Renee, greeted me with a warm smile and asked how she can help me- I almost cried bc it was genuine and frankly nobody ever asks me that, I'm always the one running around for others. The massage was so relaxing, renee has very intuitive and healing hands.
I then did the float tank, I felt like I was in the womb- sounds weird but if you try it you will understand. I did the zero gravity chair and put on my meditation music.
Lastly, I attended the group event with Raye for the equinox.
HOLY SH!t Batman!
When I tell you I left feeling SHEER JOY, I mean sheer euphoric JOY! Sitting in circle is always pleasant and I enjoy it but whatever sound bath magic is happening in that salt cave is unreal! The sounds and vibrations I had never heard or even imagines permeated every cell of my being.
If you go try to make a day of it to really soak it in, the prices are extremely reasonable and the service is top notch!

SIMPLY the SALTY BEST! I was soooo super geeked when they reopened. I cannot say enough about this Salt Cave, it is HEALING for the SOUL. Better yet is the TEAM- they are FAMILY! This place is one of the highlights of my week, seeing my PEOPLE and laying in the cave to SOOTHE my sinuses and my SOUL. SO, YES GO! 5 PLUS STARS AND MORE...Can't wait to try the PODS out!
Denise, our guide for the class was excellent. The staff was welcoming and assisted us with whatever was needed and love the tour of the facilities if we wanted after class. The items for sale were thoughtful and well placed. Love the Salt Cave. A peaceful experience.
